Disable / Enable for testing

Hi there!

I want to test more of 'if it works' yes or no performance wise.
What do I have to do if I have ran the "n98-magerun2.phar qoliber:magerun:non-composer-autoloader" command to 'disable' the plugin So I can switch to default? Back and forth...
