Non-maven dependencies of qlack-be-forms-libs module should be downloaded

The dependencies of qlack-forms-be-libs module at the moment are pushed to the repository. We should find a solution to automate a process where non-maven dependencies should be downloaded and unpacked to the respective lib folder.
