Windows building&running problem

I built testdisk with cygwin. The steps are:

1. autoreconf --install -W all -I config
2. ./compile.sh
   It built 3 exes fidenty.exe photorec.exe testdisk.exe and failed at configure:8081
   PKG_CHECK_MODULES(QT5GUI, Qt5Gui >= 5.0.0,,use_qt=false)
   PKG_CHECK_MODULES(QT5WIDGETS, Qt5Widgets >= 5.0.0,,use_qt=false)
   The message is QT5GUI not defined.

And when I try to run testdisk.exe, it always shows fail with 0xc000007b

Who knows what's wrong with my job?
