Teamups website is non-functional

When I navigate to docs/resources.rst (or https://pyweek.readthedocs.io/en/latest/resources.html) and click on the Teamups website, it shows a blank page.

So, I think that the link to the website should be removed from the docs.

Additionally, we could mention that the Python Discord server has a dedicated channel named pyweek-team-forming which could perhaps be used for finding collaborators. This could be a better alternative than linking to a 3rd party site since PyWeek and the Python Discord server have a partnership.

I came here to report the same issue and found this. 👍🏼
