Bus communication (RS485, GPIB...) as local message transport

In a meeting, @untzag mentioned the idea to use a Coordinator to access devices on a bus a single computer interface, for example over a RS485 or a GPIB bus.

That fits our idea of a local node and local message transport.

It could enter the LMT description.
