Data Protocol: Message identifier/Header

Do we want to have some kind of message identiier / header for our data protocol (#3)?

How to implement?

Best would be its own frame

Content

• Timestamp? That allows to detect, whether there is some problem in the network and to tell when the data originated.
• Uniqueness?
• Content type?
• Protocol version?

Proposal

I propose to follow #41:

• a timestampiung UUID (UUIDv7 is the current proposal)
• content type marker (1 byte)
