svchost.exe getting blocked

No matter what you whitelist, the system exe svchost.exe is always getting blocked by TW.

I have added the exe to whitelist. But still, all the dns requests are getting blocked.

In the 'Special Exceptions' tab, Windows DNS host is checked.

Same problem with random apps - randomly starts blocking what already in exception list, only removing application from list and adding again helps.
