can't uninstall or re-install #102

Hello,
I am facing for the second time an issue with TW. Without any evidence, but this is what I believe happened :
I am using a program called Revo Uninstaller Pro to install programs for testing, and getting rid of them without trace. RU traces all installation activities (files, processes and registry) and undoes them on demand.
After uninstalling a software with Revo, completely unrelated to Tinywall, the latter won't start anymore. As I mentioned, I had this twice. After the first incidence, I assumed that Revo and Tinywall don't play well together and only used one or the other.
I forgot, and this is where I am now:
- I can not uninstall Tw. It rolls back at the end without saying why.
- I can not re-install Tw, it says it's already installed
- there is no repair option
- when I want to change mode of Tw,say from "Normal operation" to "Disable firewall" it says "Operation failed". When I restart the computer, Tw will wake up in the target mode (disabled in this exemple). Iow : I can switch mode using a reboot as intermediate step.
My simplistic assumption is that there is Tw activity that Revo catches as installation activity, that gets deleted.
I can't see any Tinywall fault in this, but I would appreciate a repair or force-install option to get back to normal again with needing to reinstall my W10.
