Implement buffers which write to and read from files #19
Description
Similar to the pyfar.Signal Buffer it would be beneficial to have buffers that can write to or read from Disk.
Suitable files are
- *.wav
- *.hdf5 (custom containers required)
- ...
Feel free to extend.
