You have a couple options:

  1. There is a 5V regulator on board (the RF regulator) and I know of at least one group of students using it to power an RPi. Convenient since you already have control of the RF regulator's enable pin. They're connecting to their RPi via the radio-2 slot (backside).
    • As for regulator recommendations, the flight RF regulator is a decent LDO option if you can find any in stock these days.
  2. To answer your question about VBATT downstream from the inhibits, this is made available via the payload slots and/or payload connector. Just select VBATT (solder jumper/0 ohm) and then Payload VDD will be VBATT (downstream from inhibits).
