Frame/Structure for 1U?

Does anyone know if the Pycubed board fits in a Pumpkin structure?
Also, are there more cost-effective alternatives to the Pumpkin frame?

Yes they do fit the pumpkin structure. See the Benchtop Usage and CubeSat Structures page to see some common configs like this one:

1. The Bronco Space team (Cal Poly) has their structure. See the repo here and pinging @Mikefly123 to see if he has anything else he'd like to add.
2. The Stanford SSI team also has a structure design they've been working on (derivative of Bronco's Yearling? not sure). Pinging @polygnomial of SSI to chime in as well.

Yep we have one, it consists of anodized aluminum rails, aluminum plates oriented in parallel with the boards on the ends (±Z "plates"), and 3d printed supports to hold the PCBs in the right places. Our cost is about $300, though we are working to get that down. @jmukobi

I just updated our Yearling Structure repo with the V2 iteration of our 1U design. From OSHCut 1 full set of pieces for our 1U frame is about $320 delivered. Should be testing it out in the next couple days. We're still tearing through design iterations in order to get to something we're happy with, so there isn't any ready to distribute documentation yet, but if you have implementation questions feel free to ask me @Mainestar.
