Hey @PRSpace. Welcome! Unfortunately, the global chip shortage has prevented any mass production of PyCubed boards. What little parts I had went towards supplying various universities needing the boards for their classes this year. There are a couple highly motivated university teams that managed to scrap together the key in-demand parts, but they're having to pay orders of magnitude more to pull it off and in some cases harvest parts off other commercial electronics. So (for now) PyCubed is in a holding pattern until the electronics industry settles down a bit. Let me know if you take the plunge and decide to build boards by hand as there are there are lots of resources and guides available. Referencing the interactive BOM, I would recommend sourcing parts under the "proto" column instead of "flight" as these are cheaper and easier to find. |
