standard platform for large cubesat

Any work ongoing for a standard platform for a larger cubesat? I'm thinking that starship could change the game on the size and mass of an affordable payload for universities and small companies.

For example:

• higher voltage system
• larger battery
• more powerful transmitters
• separate boards with redundancy
