PyCubed not recognized via USB-C

I successfully flashed the firmware to the PyCubed following the instructions here: https://www.notion.so/Programming-the-Bootloader-a5c2f6b50c3d459eaa0a4f00d8218365

I disconnected the J-Link and PyCubed, re-connected the PyCubed via USB-C to check the bootloader and it will not show up as a device. However whenever I follow the steps to hookup the J-Link and PyCubed, the PyCubed shows up on my devices as "CIRCUITPY"

Any insight on what may be causing this issue? Should I erase everything on the PyCubed and start over?

That's fine, its just the name of the drive with CircuitPython on it. You can rename it "PYCUBED" or something else if you prefer.
