If you had like to contribute on an existing issue:

1. Assign yourself on that issue if possible or mention mods (including me) to assign yourself
2. Create a pull request.
3. If it's done, mention mods again (including me) to review your PRs.

If the issue you want to solve isn't listed on issue list:

1. Create that issue
2. Follow the steps above
