Steps to reproduce

Completing a bitumen seep crashes the game 2 seconds later

This appears to be an issue with Sventex Resource Autorefresh
It will not allow it to completely deplete, so it tries to depelete again, but the code already removed it from the index

I guess we can't assume the only depletion source is an already tracked entity.

If this can't be fixed on Py's side, I've already fixed this locally by building in an exceptions list in the resource mod.

We should be able to fix this specific crash but it may break that mod in other ways. In either case a blacklist would be appreciated
