Props for pulling the issue template into a discussion. I think the progression part is worth a quick fix once auto tech is back running You mention recycler: are you running with full space-age? |

What kind of issue is this?
What is the problem?
I know Quality is nowhere near meant to be supported in Py at the moment, so just take this report just as a "FYI" :) We run Quality with PyShort (PyFE+PyInd+PyCoal), and this is what we found:

Most machines having only 1 module slot makes quality products even harder to get.
We ended up just grinding a few better quality chips for mudules, but that was it. Recycler was used properly in the map, but a lot of crazy stuff could go through it if one really wants to exploit it (ie. getting rare coke out of normal ash).
1 module per machine I think could be fine if Q modules get buffed a bit, but then 2 further issue arise:
This could also be even more irrelevant in full py, by getting Mk2-3-4 machines which are definitely better than just quality Mk1.
So yeah :) Overall, quality doesnt play any good or bad role. It just sits in the corner. Maybe something cool could be done with quality science packs / machines /modules, but otherwise, it would only become a death trap to spam quality all over the base. Maybe something for PyHM ;)
