PyBlock mod fails to start on Factorio 2.0.63 with full Py mod set

On a fresh installation of Factorio 2.0.63 (Space Age and Quality disabled, no any saves), the game fails to start when loading PyBlock alongside the full set of Py mods.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Factorio 2.0.63.

2. Clone the latest versions of all Py mods from GitHub:
   git clone https://github.com/pyanodon/pymodpack
   git clone https://github.com/pyanodon/pyalienlife.git
   git clone https://github.com/pyanodon/pycoalprocessing.git
   git clone https://github.com/pyanodon/PyBlock.git
   git clone https://github.com/pyanodon/pyalternativeenergy.git
   git clone https://github.com/pyanodon/pyfusionenergy.git
   git clone https://github.com/pyanodon/pyhightech.git
   git clone https://github.com/pyanodon/pyindustry.git
   git clone https://github.com/pyanodon/pypetroleumhandling.git
   git clone https://github.com/pyanodon/pyrawores.git
   git clone https://github.com/pyanodon/pypostprocessing.git

3. install graphics from mod portal

4. install aai-loaders_0.2.7.zip from mod portal

5. Start Factorio.

Is it something wrong with my setup or installation via this way is not supported?
