Should we version software inside this container? #5

@TomasBeuzen - do you think we should version software inside this container? It is more work yes, but then it is more explicit about what is inside the container image from the Dockerfile, which I think is good (I am a big fan of such transparency).
If so, then I think we want to also version the container image we build from, and the Poetry install. I know how to do the first, but the latter I could use some help on...
