Consider shared parameter across iterations #14
Description
Need to consider if CV is needed for each jackknife iteration. First research if lambda is different across iterations before coming up with method for fixing.
Merged this, but also noticed that we're now cross-validating for lambda in each jackknife iteration and that seems excessive. Should be a quick patch
