CDK - Add direct lambda, ALB lambda, and CloudWatch dashboard for testing #245
Description
Motivations
- Testing performance requires the direct lambda, ALB lambda, and CloudWatch dashboards
- Currently the CDK does not create these
Acceptance Criteria
- Add deploy of the direct lambda
- Add deploy of the ALB lambda
- Add the ALB lambda to the existing ALB as a rule based on hostname
- Add CloudWatch dashboard based on manually created dashboard
