Seen it all Talent

Seen it all talent not adding to Resolve when added to sheet. This may be due to, the Modifiers box on items, talents etc. Doesnt list Resolve.

There are currently only three Talents that actually apply modifiers (documented in the MO/TH/ER Instructions).
But I do need to add Resolve to the modifiers tab and have been thinking of how I can give some automation to Talents as many of them are conditional.
