Issues with Zendesk editor field #69

When using the shortcuts on a ticket on Zendesk (in the ticket field editor), the text is shown but after pressing any other button the text disappears .

Note that this is happening on a ticket where there is already a reply and the field editor appears "dynamic" (can switch between public reply/internal note). This does not happen upon creation of a new ticket.

Seems there's something blocking the extension from working on the field editor.

Happy to provide more logs, screenshot etc.Hoping for a resolution soon as the extension is really really practical! Thank you!
