option "mark first sticky item after the reboot of the computer"

Steps to reproduce

1. restart the computer
2. open an editor
3. open a new tab
4. press the shortcut Ctrl+v

Result
nothing happens

Expectation
If in the preferences of Qlipper the checkbox of "mark first sticky item after the reboot of the computer" is activated before to shutdown the computer, then it should paste the first item.

Remark
This feature is interesting for example if a person wants to check emails in the browser (that is in private mode) after every start of the computer, and wants to paste the email-address in the login-area of a webpage without the need to select first the sticky item in the list of Qlipper.
