Remove pinned cdxgen version when cyclonedx-cli is up-to-date #731
Description
The cyclonedx-cli doesn't yet Support the 1.5 Spec which caused pipeline failures:
CycloneDX/cyclonedx-cli#324
The 1.5 Spec was added here
cdxgen/cdxgen@700cbd8
Henceforth, the package is pinned until the cli has caught up.

- When cyclonedx-cli is updated removed the
cdxgenpinned version in the pipeline here https://github.com/puzzle/cryptopus/blob/master/.github/workflows/sbom.yml#L22
