How to use while offline?

Sometimes I need to disable Wi-Fi or don't have internet access. I am using a Mac using the default installation. When I try accessing a `.test` domain the browser does not connect. What is the correct way to configure puma-dev or my Mac in order to access use puma-dev while working offline?
