• Bot maintains a connection to the GC and monitors it for downtime
• When GC outage is sustained over a sufficient period of time a message is generated in discord
• bot has a !tuesday command which will print current status (i.e. if GC is currently available, or last time it was seen) and provide a link to steamstat.us

It'd be neat if the bot could average Tuesday start times and provide a 5 minute warning to the predicted start time.
