Javascript setInterval() function does not update video frame on Safari browsers

Steaming works fine on Safari but setInterval() is problematic

We have an issue with the setInterval() function. may be it doesn't update large buffers

@jywarren should I prepare a PR for the good steaming functionality on safari but open an issue on setInterval( ) malfunction on safari?
