QA: cta adjustment on buttons when not logged in #173

I don’t think the bid/settle auction button should ever read “connect wallet.” when it’s in that state to be settled, it should always just read “settle auction” BUT if someone happens to not be connected when they click that, it should trigger a wallet connect flow. i think it makes sense to apply this pattern to almost every button on the site, besides ones where connect wallet is actually the specific cta being messaged
