Problems about Installing JDart by using Docker

I tried to use the method mentioned in the README file by
$ docker build -t jdart .
Command to try to install Jdart, unfortunately there was a problem and the installation failed.

The exact reason for the error is shown above. I'm not sure if it's the configuration of my machine that's preventing me from successfully installing the Java8 installer or if it's something else that's causing this result.
