Script to programmatically update the set of data sets included in here?

A nice potential feature: Can we replace the manual list in the README with an auto-generate a list of datasets currently in this repository, including e.g. dataset name, author/contributor and truncated description in a nice format?

• We need to be careful with attribution - double check whether the metadata reflects who made the dataset, or who uploaded it, and modify if needed before generating this list.
• Check on use of author vs. sdPublisher fields!
• Check provided READMEs for missing info.
