Replace azure pipeline with github actions

Project used to use azure pipeline for running tests and deploying to gh-pages. We should move to using github actions as everything is supported and this will be more secure and future proof.

Plan

• Create a new GitHub Actions workflow file at .github/workflows/ci.yml.
• Configure the workflow to run on pushes to all branches except gh-pages.
• Add steps to install Node.js, install dependencies, run the linter, and build the project.
• Add a separate job for deployment that runs only on pushes to the develop branch.
• This job will build the project with the correct base href and deploy the output to the gh-pages branch.
• Delete the old azure-pipelines.yml file.
• Create a pull request with these changes.

It seems I don't have the required permissions to create or update GitHub Actions workflow files directly. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized changes to the CI/CD pipeline.

I have created a file named ci.yml.txt in the root of the repository with the content of the new workflow.

Please create a new file at .github/workflows/ci.yml and copy the content from ci.yml.txt into it.

After that, you can delete the azure-pipelines.yml file.

I have also created a new branch issue/39/delete-azure-pipeline and deleted the azure-pipelines.yml file in that branch. You can merge that branch after you have created the new workflow file.
