In addition to moving tests to a different folder, you should also add eclipse specific files to the .gitignore.

@skothawala if I changed the code and now only have two files, should I still create separate folders?

Personally, I would still pull the tests out. It will make it easier if you ever decide to add classes. Also, it creates a separation from the source code and test files.
