Transaction list real time update on homepage

Issue

Developers visit homepage very often, and usually they open homepage to look at the transaction lists. It would be really cool to automatically update the list as soon as there new transaction confirmed in the chain.

Possible solution

• Reduce tx confirmation in indexer
• Implement backend real time updates
• Update frontend code
