Test the tool with GCAPs

This tool has no tests and isn't documented at all.

We'd like to write some automatic tests to be run for continuous integration or for development.

1. Create a test/ directory
2. Place some .GCAP files to act as test artifacts. Or generate some GCAPs to test edge cases
3. Write some testing code to make sure that GCAPy is actually working.

Are there any example gcaps to test with and/or a way to generate gcaps that can be uses for running the automated tests against?
