环境问题

按照你的环境进行配置，出现了如上图所示问题，好像是NumPy版本的问题，本来是按照你的版本装的1.19.0，出现上图问题，通过查找资料，说是要更新NumPy版本的问题，更新之后还是这个问题。希望能够给予解答，望回复，万分感谢！

The error seems to be related with transformation package.
I didn't encounter this issue. And I'm not an expert of python environments. I suggest to check the issues of transformations or numpy.
