P.S.: I am using CodeBlocks 13.12 @ Ubuntu 32 bits 14.04 LTS and I have performed extra step to CodeBlock newer than version 10.

Sorry about duplicated issue. But I have solved another way, adding booth macros to wizard.script:

SketchesDir <- _T("$(HOME)/.codeblocks/sketches");
SketchDir <- _T("$(HOME)/.codeblocks/sketches");

I can confirm that this bug exists&can be fixed with suggestion from above comment.
