Battery Board Taking Too Long to Ready Thermocouple

Description of the Issue

It seems that for some reason when using CircuitPython firmware the thermocouple ADC takes far too long to collect temperature readings.

Issue With PicoSDK as Well

The battery temperature should probably not be reading -244C :/

This seems to be related to a malfunction in the thermocouple amplifier circuit. More testing is required!
