[Announcement] Change in HW2 scores

Hi all,

We originally expected that the implementation of Eq and Ne operation would
also accept comparisons between boolean values.

However, we decided to also accept Invalid Argument exceptions for such unit tests,
because it may be confusing to make the decision in the implementation.

We have updated the new scores in KLMS.
Some of you will find that your score has increased :)
