Add additional logging to record all live interactions with device

This would provide full transparency of what commands have been executed on the device.

I have been working on this. There is some complexity though.
Logging commands sent via ADB shell is mostly easy i.e. executed on the device, apart from some specific commands that seem to not get logged so must be executed slightly differently.
Commands executed on the host at the device are a bit more complicated as some are adbutils, some subprocess etc.

That's right. Originally, only ADButils was supposed to be used to send commands. However, especially during extractions, changes occurred in the returns that made the dump unreadable. Hence the use of Subprocess.

However, the existing log function could be expanded and the transferred commands could simply be specified here.
