Get Senate Nomination votes should re-use the "nomination" field

In the Get Recent Votes endpoint, nominations show up like this:

    "name": "Elaine L. Chao",
    "agency": "Department of Transportation"
}

However, in the Get Senate Nomination endpoint, no such data is present. Instead, it all seems to be encapsulated in the description, like this:

"description": "Eric Ross Komitee, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York"

I think it would be good to re-use the nomination field and include all of the data.
