Update Visual Studio #30
Description
To the latest version, before doing the CMake-task: #20
Because CMake support of VS is constantly being improved, I want the latest version when I start dealing with CMake.
Also as part of this task, when PRooFPS-dd is built using the latest VS, the VC++ runtime package installer should be also updated on Google Drive LAN directory for the beta testers.
