Work with float numbers

hi, this plugin si very helpful, but I miss the possibility to work with float numbers..
it would be nice to be able to double 3.5 to 7 (or 7.0).

I'll take a look later on this, I'm not that good with python, but if I manage to do something I'll send a pull request ;)
