Migrate to official A2A SDK and Spec #2
Description
NEST is currently using non-standard unofficial A2A implementation. It should use the official https://github.com/a2aproject/A2A SDK and Spec.
Acceptance Criteria
- Should have AgentCard implementation
- use official Spec
- use official SDK
