Revamp and automate testing #126
Description
Look at testing executables and see what should be reorganized as:
- catch2-based unit tests
- implementation tests
Create an implementation test for an automatic run with dataprod and checking the size of the data file produced.
Automate on GHA using setup implemented for DL.
