problems building against psyllid

Collecting psyllid changes required to build against it (see axiondarkmatterexperiment/fast_daq)

- In source/control/node_builder.hh line 363, need to prefix `_node_builder` with `::psyllid::` so that the enclosing macro works if called in a context which is not `using namespace psyllid`.
