Nonexisting sender account from concordium #435

Describe the Bug

When spinning up a new "preview" environment (a term at Energinet for a test environment) we get 'Nonexisting sender account' error from concordium when interacting with it.

To Reproduce

1. Spin up new environment with concordium enabled using 'testnet'
2. Enteract with the block chain
3. See the error

We do not get the error in our demo environment, which also uses 'testnet'.

Expected Behavior

We think this happends because the concordium block chain has not yet synced to 'testnet'. So it might be expected behavior.

Additional Context

At Energinet we plan to resolve the error by using 'log' instead of concordium in the registry for preview environments
