Identify testplan candidates from the new sample containers

Task Description

@mgeeIOL now that your modbus server testcase has been added, we can move on to other containers. please provide an overview of the Ocre sample application containers that you have identified as being candidates for new testcases. If you can write out the rough test plan for these as well that is ideal as it will allow for some early review from the group.

I think in general the webserver and messaging containers are the best options in regards to testing the containers directly as they provide unique cases to test against.

The majority of the other containers already have equivalent test coverage, (hello-world, blinky, sensors) appear to not be fully implemented for an embedded device yet, (some sensors) or I believe we would find more use in testing the functionality through the ocre-runtime CLI directly instead of the container.

There are a few containers which could be used as a part of larger ocre-runtime tests, (ex. echo server for networking, filesystem containers for testing filesystem utilities) but I am unsure how much of a benefit we would get by including these containers in the larger overall ocre-runtime tests.
