S23B: Galas magically loses his TC override under certain circumstances (spoiler)

For some mysterious reason, Galas loses his TC override permanently if he becomes possessed by Argan. Not good.

(I've been unable to track down the cause of this thus far, and it might not get fixed before release. This bug exists so nobody else decides to waste their filing it.)

Turns out this is caused by an instance of [modify_unit] which has a [modifications] sub tag. The wiki specifically warns not to do this.
