Items, Galas talking for Mal Keshar / non-talking undead

When moving to Shardia's Meteor with Mal Keshar or any non-talking undead, Galas speaks for them, including him saying 'I am not suited to use this weapon.', even though he isn't speaking for himself.

(Btw, any reason why this item is defined within the scenario, and not in the 'items' file?)

Same thing happens for the Berserker Potion. Galas very vividly describes himself opening and smelling the potion, even though it's an undead opening it.

Same thing also happens when a nontalking undead moves to pick up the petrichor staff (leading to Galas questioning his own leadership)

EDIT: Exploding Arrows (Clearing the Road), same thing.

Another one, that potion of agility in Innuendo.
And the strength potion and the bow as well. So yeah, probably every item ever.
